We meet on the first and third Saturdays of every month from 8:30a until around 3:00p, but many people come only for the morning or afternoon (and often trickle around 9). The third Saturday meeting is always at the Everett Rec Center (building 40-201 – 6400 36th Ave W. Everett, WA), in Classroom 1 while the first Saturday meeting may be at a member’s house. There’s no food at the rec center other than a soda machine, so members typically bring snacks to share and then either also bring lunch or we order pizza. The club secretary sends out a meeting reminder a few days before the meeting to say where we will be meeting and to gauge how many people will be attending that week or if there are specific games members want to play. If you’re going to be arriving much after 9a, it’s nice to provide an estimated time so we can plan appropriately – it’s no fun to show up just after everyone else started a multi-hour game.
